Regulations on pass/ticket sale for IFF Etiuda&Anima:

1. Online sale is organised by Rotunda Association based in Krakow (postal code 30-060), 1 Oleandry Street, TIN: 677-10-20-742, hereinafter referred to as „Organiser”.
2. The sale is limited with the number of passes. Seats are not numbered. Orders will be collected until all passes have been sold.
3. Payment for the order is to be made during next 48 hours after the order, but not later than until 9 P.M. on the day before festival. If the payment will not be completed in the specified time, the order becomes invalid.
4. Prices for the passes are: pre-order (Nov 2-15) – 69 zloty, price for the managers and members of the Polish Film Societies (confirmed by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) – 69 zloty, single pass (after Nov 15) – 99 zloty, single ticket – 12 zloty, animation workshops with Suzan Pitt – 80 zloty, workshops with Ron Diamond – 65 zloty.
5. Every person is allowed to purchase unlimited number of passes.
6. Credit card and online bank transfer payments are processed through Dotpay Service.

7. Receiving passes is possible only upon presenting an identification card and confirmation of payment in the ticket Office at Rotunda Cultural Centre.
8. Returns are not available; purchase is considered as order confirmation and resignation from withdrawal from a contract.
9. Organiser reserves the right to finish the sale at any moment for convenience.
10. Organizer is also responsible for data administration.
11. Purchasers’ personal data will not be accessible for any third party without their knowledge and approval. Payment on Organizer’s bank account is treated as acceptance of the Regulations and consent to submitting personal data to Organizer.
12. Every person is eligible to review or edit their personal data.
13. Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the Regulations as well as to cancel projections and concerts for convenience.
